No-Bake Cookies and Cream Cheesecake

This no-bake cheesecake is so easy to make. A delicious dessert with fluffy filling, buttery cookie crust. Top it with whipped cream. This cheesecake recipe is perfect dessert for the whole family.

 

Servings: 8   Prep Time: 10 minutes     Chill Time: 5 hours     Total Time: 5 hours 10 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 26 Chocolate sandwich cookies or Oreos
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup powder sugar
  • Reddi whip for topping

Directions:

Use food processor to crush 20 cookies or a zip lock bag with a rolling pin. Combined melted butter with crushed cookies. In a 9 inch springform pan (or 8×8 baking dish) add the cookies and butter mixture. Press on bottom of pan to make crust. Place in refrigerator while you work on cheesecake filling. In a bowl add white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of the heavy cream microwave for 20 second intervals stirring each time until smooth. In a large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and melted white chocolate mixture mix well. Add the last 1 cup of heavy cream and beat until thick and fluffy about 4 minutes. Crush the other 6 cookies or break into thicker pieces. Stir into cheesecake filling. Pull crust from refrigerator and add cheesecake filling. Return to refrigerator and Let chill for 5 hours. Just before serving take cheesecake from springform pan and add dollops of Reddi whip all around the cheesecake stick a cookie in each dollop or between each dollop the choice is yours. Enjoy!
