Low carb Ice Cream in a Mason Jar

If you love ice cream as much as I do you will love it. This ice cream is so creamy and delicious, you can make any flavor you want! Of course my favorite is chocolate. It is super rich and filling!
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Freezing: 3 hours

Total time: 3 hours and 10 minutes

Servings: 4

serving size: 1/2 cup

 

Ingredients:

Vanilla:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granular Sweetener (I use Swerve or Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Use Vanilla Ingredients as a base

For Chocolate add 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder — Carbs 3g

For Strawberry: add 1 tablespoon sugar free strawberries preserves (walmart brand) — Carbs 0g

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a secure with a lid. Shake for 5 minutes until heavy cream doubles in volume, filling the jar. Freeze for 3 hours up to 24 hours. Enjoy!
