Thai Sweet Heat Chili Chicken
This Thai sweet heat chili chicken is sticky, sweet with a little bit of heat. It is simply delicious and savory.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1 tblsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sriracha hot sauce
- ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
Preheat skillet to medium.
Heat olive oil, butter and garlic until aromatic.
Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink.
Add Sriracha and Thai sweet chili sauce to chicken.
Stir to coat chiicken well with the sauce.
Serve with the side of your choice. I serve it with yellow rice.
