Baked Ziti
Baked Ziti is ridiculous delicious, messy, gooey and decadent. It is packed with flavor and yummy cheeses

- 1 lb dry ziti pasta
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 2 cups triple cheese or your choice of cheese
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add ziti pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes; drain.
In a large skillet, Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat; drain any excess grease.
Add spaghetti sauce, and simmer 10 minutes.
Layer as follows: ½ of the ziti pasta, ⅓ of cheese, sour cream, ½ of sauce mixture, remaining ziti pasta, ⅓ of cheese, and remaining sauce mixture.
Top with remaining triple cheese and grated parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
