Thai Sweet Heat Chili Chicken
This Thai sweet heat chili chicken is sticky, sweet with a little bit of heat. It is simply delicious and savory.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1 tblsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sriracha hot sauce
- ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Preheat skillet to medium.
- Heat olive oil, butter and garlic until aromatic.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink.
- Add Sriracha and Thai sweet chili sauce to chicken.
- Stir to coat chiicken well with the sauce.
- Serve with the side of your choice. I serve it with yellow rice.
