Sausage Gravy and Biscuit Casserole

This sausage gravy and biscuit casserole is an easy breakfast dish. It is made with biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage and cheese. This casserole is a must make for any occasion.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 can (8ct, 16oz.) Pillsbury grand flaky layers buttermilk biscuits

1 lb. sausage or 6 sausage patties, any flavor

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Of course, I used my favorite cheese Triple cheddar)

6 eggs

1/3 cup milk

1 pkg. (2.75 oz.) Pioneer Country Gravy Mix

 

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Brown sausage in skillet and drain thoroughly. Cut biscuits into fourths line the bottom of baking dish. Layer cooked sausage over biscuit pieces, then layer shredded cheese over sausage. Whisk eggs and milk, and pour over biscuit/layers. Make gravy according to instructions on package, pour over everything. Cook 30 to 35 minutes, or until eggs and biscuits are cooked through. Serve and Enjoy!
