Hash Brown Casserole
This is the perfect casserole for breakfast or brunch. One thing about this hash brown casserole it literally takes 5 minutes to prep. It’s absolutely delicious and completely easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 (30 oz.) bag thawed hash brown
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I use triple cheddar cheese)
- 1 (12 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl reserving 1 cup of cheese for topping. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour into 9×13 casserole dish and top with reserved cheese. Bake 45-55 minutes until hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
