Low Carb Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

This low carb Philly Cheesesteak is simple and delicious!

Prep TIme: 15 minutes   Cook Time: 30 minutes   Total Tme: 45 minutes  Serves: 6

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add 3 color pepper and onion strips. Cook 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan set aside. Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned. Drain well. Add cream cheese and stir to combine. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine. Add peppers and onion to meat stir to combine. Cook 2-3 minutes. Transfer to mixture to a baking dish. Top with your choice of cheese. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Notes: If you want to use fresh onions and bell peppers — use 3 large bell peppers, seeded and sliced into strips and 1 large onion, chopped.
