Easy Vegetable Soup
Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 12 minutes
1 (16 oz.) bag Frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10 oz.) can French Onion Soup
1 (16 oz.) can Tomato Soup
1 Soup can of Chicken Broth
In large saucepan, cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.
Add both cans of soup and chicken broth; cook over medium-high heat until heated through.
Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle individual servings evenly with shredded cheese( I used cheddar cheese). Sometimes I add a little hamburger meat (cooked and drained).
