Beef Tips with Gravy

This recipe is easy to prepare. It’s an inexpensive way to feed the whole family. The meat is extra tender and the gravy is so flavorful. Serve over rice, potatoes or noodles.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds of beef stew meat
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. brown gravy or Au jus
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups of water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, add cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix and water. Mix well, try to get out as many lumps as possible. Place meat in pan, pour soup mixture over meat. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Place in oven for 2 hours. Enjoy!
