Hash Brown Casserole

 

This is the perfect casserole for breakfast or brunch. One thing about this hash brown casserole it literally takes 5 minutes to prep. It’s absolutely delicious and completely easy to make.

Prep Time: 5 minutes     Cook Time: 45 minutes    Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 (30 oz.) bag thawed hash brown
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I use triple cheddar cheese)
  • 1 (12 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl reserving 1 cup of cheese for topping. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour into 9×13 casserole dish and top with reserved cheese. Bake 45-55 minutes until hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
